Processing & Confirmation

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmed payment.

• Orders are typically processed within 5–7 working days.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link.

Delivery & Charges

• Delivery is available worldwide.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected courier option.

• Within the European Union, VAT is included in the displayed price.

• Orders above €150 qualify for complimentary shipping (unless otherwise noted).

Delivery Times

• Europe: 3–7 working days (after dispatch).

• International: 7–14 working days (after dispatch).

• Delivery times are guidelines only; customs checks or courier delays may extend these timelines.

Receiving Your Order

• Delivery may be accepted by you or an authorised individual at the address provided.

• If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice and return the goods to their depot. You must contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.

• Additional delivery fees may apply if the courier must attempt redelivery.

• Upon receipt, the person accepting the order must sign the delivery note, and identification may be requested for verification.

Special Delivery Instructions
If you request delivery to an alternative person or address (e.g., neighbour, concierge), Legacy cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or discrepancies arising after delivery.

Size & Exchanges

• If the bracelet or Loafer size ordered does not fit, you may return it for replacement (subject to availability).

• The replacement will be shipped once the original item is received in unused condition.

• Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
